Returns are easy with! 

We try our best to give you the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact Customer Service to process your return before sending out the goods.

We have a QC team who tests your ordered products to make sure they are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. In addition to the normal quality assurance checks please note that all the goods have passed in the factory line.

Because of the trusted sellers and fine product quality our return rate has been lower than 1%.

"So do I need to send products all the way to China?"
Yes, that would be essential. However as we have asked to note in the Responsible Shopping section, by purchasing goods on Chinastic you act as the micro-scale importer. Because of the transcontinental character of our activities, resulting in extended shipping time implying additional costs, we need to differentiate two reasons for returning goods:
* The products are fine, but I changed my mind
* Products with quality problems, missing items or Dead on Arrival

Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 5 days after receiving your order, even though we kindly ask our Customers to abandon the Buy-to-Try shopping philosophy. You will be responsible for all shipping fees. 

For Made-To-Order clothing, if the items were made accurately according to your order specifications but do not fit, you are eligible for one free resizing service. You will be responsible for all shipping fees. For customized wedding dresses a free lifetime alteration service is available.

Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

Any lingerie items, disposable and Clearance items that have been used do not qualify for a return or exchange(Excluding the quality-related issues).

Products with quality problems: You may return the item damaged on arrival (physical damage or scratch) or item dead on arrival within 7 days after delivery or 60 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable.

Please kindly provide us with a visible evindence of the product's malfunction or damage with files in the following formats: JPG, GIF, RAR, PDF, DOC, DOCX, and TXT. Each file must not exceed 5MB. If you wish to submit more than 4 files, please merge the files into either a PDF, DOC or DOCX file formats and upload them simultaneously.

When photos cannot support your claim, please provide clear video footage to clarify the problems you are having with your product(s). If your video file(s) exceeds 4MB, please upload them to your Dropbox or Sendspace and provide us with the link in order to download the video(s).

DOA products should meet the following standard:
* The accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included in the package are intact.
* The problem of product is not caused by incorrect usage.

We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed in the table below. If a product is not listed, the warranty period is 30 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. You will be responsible for all shipping fees. is striving to improve the service by charging the sellers with shipping fees and so we are hoping to improve the terms of shipment very soon.

Despite obvious attempts to resolve the problem issue in the possibly shortest time, reserves a period of 180 days to raise a dispute with the seller or manufacturer and resolve the problem of product's quality.
