Paltrow has High Praise for ex-fiance Pitt's New Film
2006-10-27 11:03:22

Gwyneth Paltrow has tipped her ex-fiance, Brad Pitt, to join her in the Oscar club after viewing his latest movie Babel.

The actress, who picked up an Academy Award for her role in Shakespeare in Love, is convinced her ex will win gold in 2007 for portraying a frantic husband trying to save his wife's life in Morocco.

Paltrow viewed Pitt's new film at a Cinema Society screening on Tuesday and can't stop raving about his performance. She told the New York Daily News, "It's the best performance Brad's ever given."

Paltrow admits the film, which centers around the chaos that tumbles down after a Moroccan boy accidentally shoots at a bus of tourists, gave her pause for thought. She adds, "It makes you want to take good care of your children."
